New Backgammon Club in RugbyThanks to Crakr Life we have learned about the establishment of a new UK backgammon club in Dunchurch near Rugby. The club is planning to host monthly backgammon tournaments on the first Monday of every month at 7 pm, at the Green Man inn on Daventry Road, Dunchurch, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22 6NS. Rugby first backgammon tournament is scheduled to the 3rd of August, 2009.
Rugby backgammon club is the initiative of a group of friends who find the online backgammon experience unparallel to playing backgammon live, face to face, over the table. Michael Crane, the long time manager of the British Isles Backgammon Association (BIBA) has joined the club on its launch.
