Backgammon in Camden-Nov. ReportRomolo took home the 1st prize in the last Backgammon in Camden event, which took place on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at Lockside Lounge, Camden Lock, London. The BG tourney acted as an unofficial Sattelite for the 2007 World Series of Backgammon UK Masters, scheduled to the weekend between Novemeber 15 until November 18, 2007.
The Novemeber event in the serious of Backgammon in Camden tournametns consisted of 10 tournaments; 50 backgammon players contributed to the £2,840 Prize Fund.
Romolo, the winner of the Novemeber BG in Camden won the jackpot as well as a free entry to the WSOB UK Masters scheduled for the next weekend. His runner up, Geoff Con, won a £20 entry fee to the WSOB UK Masters.
