World Backgammon Association holds the French Open backgammon tournament for the last time with 100% redistribution of the entry fees (€900 for the French Open Masters division, €450 for the Advanced and €180 for the Intermediate; €1200 for the European Doubles Championship) and an opportunity to play at the World Backgammon Tour (WBGT) Grand Finale held at the next day with €32,000 prize pool.
