1st Cyprus Backgammon Open

The World Backgammon Association (WBA) and Istanbul Tavla Sports Club Association (Istavder) are inaugurating the first Cyprus Backgammon Open. The backgammon tournament takes the place of the City of Venice International Backgammon Tournament in the EBGT Season III.

Entry Fee: €500
Prizes: €5,000 added money
The winners in all three divisions would get 50% of the prize pool.
1st Prize: 50% of the added money guaranteed to the Main winner + free entry to the next EBGT event.

Online Qualifiers by Play65

The Cyprus Open is an invitational event, yet three online qualifiers will be held online by Play65 on 11-13 November at 20:00 GMT.

Entry Fee: €55
1st Prize: free entry to the Cyprus Backgammon Open + flight and accomodation
